That was me. For 20 years, I struggled because I didn’t believe in myself. I wasn’t even sure who my actual “self” was. It seemed to be something I had lost – or maybe never found.

Four years ago, I decided I needed a change. I was in a toxic work environment. I wasn’t eating well or moving enough.

I was overweight and I needed to take my life back.

Now I love my life and I want to help you love yours!

In my roles as real-life health coach and motivational speaker, I can help you find a balance of health and happiness you want in your life. My purpose is to inspire others to honour themselves in mind and body. I know you can do it because I did – after 20 years of personal neglect. I’m living proof of a better life.
